These terms apply to this website and to the SriNova school ERP and apps provided by SriNova Campus Cloud & ERP. A school's subscription is also governed by its signed order or agreement; where they differ, the agreement applies.
1. The service
SriNova provides cloud software for school administration and a parent app. Features available to a school depend on its plan. We may improve or change features; we will give schools reasonable notice of any change that removes a feature they use.
2. Accounts
Schools create user accounts for their staff and are responsible for who has access. Users must keep their passwords private and tell the school if they suspect misuse.
3. School data
Data entered by a school belongs to the school. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The school is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters and for having the right to enter it.
4. Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, access other schools' data, send spam through the messaging features or upload unlawful content.
5. Fees and payments
Subscription fees, billing periods and taxes are as per the school's order. Online fee payments made by parents go to the school through its payment gateway; SriNova is not a party to those payments.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times except planned maintenance, which we schedule outside school hours where possible. Support is available by phone, email and WhatsApp during working hours.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees the school paid for the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Solapur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
