School subscriptions
- A school may cancel its subscription with 30 days' written notice to info@srinovaerp.in.
- Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, except where the school's agreement says otherwise.
- If a payment is charged twice by mistake, the extra amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- On cancellation, the school can download its data; we delete it after the school confirms in writing.
School fees paid by parents
School fees paid by parents through the parent app or the school's payment page are collected by the school. Refunds of school fees are decided by the school under its own fee rules. Please contact the school office.
If money was deducted but no receipt was issued, the payment is reconciled automatically with the payment gateway; if it is not, it is refunded by the gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
